BRAVE XENA (9) is a filly by Saxon Warrior out of Warrior Woman on debut. Didn’t do a lot in most recent trial. Expected to measure up. AIRFIELD (4) returned from a lay-off a week-and-a-half ago when he was beaten 7 lengths into ninth over 5½f at Goulburn. Tackling a more suitable race so he can make amends. TRISTANIA (7) was in the money two starts back at Hanging Rock but couldn't back it up last time when seventh, beaten 9 lengths, at Albury over 5f. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a major role. BLUE CATTLE DOG (1) last appeared three weeks ago over 5f at this track when he finished fourth. This is his first run for the Michael Travers stable.
