HOT LEGS ROMOLO (1) finished 26 lengths adrift in ninth last time at Santa Anita (Turf) in a disappointing performance. Beautifully placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. PURE CANE SUGAR (7) recorded a gutsy maiden victory last time out over 1m at this track (Dirt), scoring by 0.3 lengths. Winning rider Manuel Americano stays aboard and he is right in the mix again. CANDY'S CHROME (3) was unplaced on turf over 1m at this track in a then again couldn't find the top-three on the same surface last time out, finishing seventh over 1m at this track. Solid top-three prospects.
