BATTLE CRUISER (6) returns from a lay-off of three months. Was safely held at the only appearance last prep when fifth over 1m1/2f at Remington Park (Dirt). One of the genuine hopes in the race. TAZ MARKING (4) finished 4 lengths away in fourth last time out over 5f at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino six weeks ago. Steps up in distance. Leading hope. ITS PALADIN TIME (5) is a three-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Sergio Barrio stable. Resumes after finishing sixth at Canterbury Park (Dirt) at his last run ten weeks ago. Hasn't trialled publicly but is in a nice race. Has to be respected.
