COASTAL KID (9) travelled in a rearwards position and turned in a disappointing run last time out over 6½f in stakes class at this track (Dirt) after a nice win the start prior. Ideally placed and is sure to be there at the finish. MYSTIC SPIRIT (6) has been out of the frame at his last couple of runs, last time finishing 14 lengths back in 11th over 1m at Del Mar. Well-placed in this easier assignment and he is among the leading players. HAPPY DANCER (8) has been in the placings his past two starts, finishing third over 6f at Remington Park (Dirt) last time out. Generally goes well here. Can sneak into the finish.
