MAGOO (1) was out of the money when resuming from a lay-off last start over 1m at Zia Park, beaten 3 lengths. Has a fair record when second up, including two top-three finishes. Will enjoy a drop in class so he can make amends. OUR BLOKE (10) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Ian Jewell stable. Most recently finished in the placings at Hastings Racecourse before going for a break. Not seen at the trials but has filled a minor placing three times from four runs when resuming. Definite winning chance. RIDIN SOLO (3) settled well back last start and never threatened when 5 lengths from the winner in sixth over 4½f at this track (Dirt). Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. HEY BATMAN (11) has not won for a long while. Last raced on December 15 when beaten 7 lengths into fourth at this track (Dirt) over 5½f after he got a long way back in the run. In the right race and should be about the mark.
