DRILL'S LI'L MAN (3) showed good early muster and fought on to finish third last start over 6½f at this track (Dirt). Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Likely improver with strong prospects. GREAT KING (10) was prominent at the turn and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 6½f at this track after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. OUR BLOKE (9) was in the firing line on the bend and finished second last start at the first run back from a lay-off over 6f at this track (Dirt), beaten one length. Should take a lot from that hit-out. In the right race and is a top-three hope.
