Steps up in distance. Should be poised just off the lead. Sure to be competitive. FIREMAN DAN (2) showed little early speed last start then picked up the bit in the straight to finish third at this track (Dirt) over this journey. Yet to win this track and distance but has recorded three minor placings from four attempts. Can figure in the outcome.
