NIGHT VIGIL (11) finished seventh two runs back at Vaal then improved last time out to score by a long neck over 5f at this track. Must raise the bar but this looks well within her grasp. ELEGANT ICE (1) has been kept fresh for this since a disappointing sixth last start over 5f at this track six weeks ago. Should be prominent from the outset. Solid claims on best form.
