ECHO CHECK (6) returns from a lay-off of four months and did win when resuming last time in work over 7f at Vaal. Will be hard to stop. THE LAST DUKE (3) turned in another moderate effort last start when 6 lengths from the winner in seventh over 7f at this track. Nicely placed to find some form.
