PURPLE RAIN (10) was unplaced on debut then last start finished second over 6f at Vaal. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she is good enough to play a major role. MASTER'S ROSE (5) wasn't far off maiden success before a break of three months, finishing the campaign with a minor placing over 1m at Vaal. Commenced last prep with a minor placing at this track over 7f. Among the chances while fresh. MISS RIVER DANCER (9) is a promising type who was in the placings on debut before a fourth last time over 6f at Turffontein Inside. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Should give backers a sight.
