VINALIA (7) back from a brief lay-off and tackles a synthetic track for the first time. Opened last prep with a fourth at Santa Anita (Turf) over 6f. The one they have to beat. LORIEBETH (9) went forward last start and gave a great sight when third over 6f at this track (Synthetic). Will be close to the pace despite the draw. Expected to be in the finish. BRAKEN GOOD (5) finished out of the money when fresh from a lay-off two starts back then was beaten 9 lengths when ninth over 6½f at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. ONE HAPPY ISLAND (10) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 6f at this track, beaten 4 lengths into fourth. Well placed to bounce back.
