Should race just off the speed despite the wide draw. Likely improver with strong prospects. JOEJOE GO (2) switches to synthetic for the first time. Won over 1m1/2f at Churchill Downs two starts ago but followed that with an unplaced effort, beaten 6 lengths, over 1m1/2f on turf at Fairgrounds. Nice class drop this time. Sure to feature. FRIAR NEWTON (3) raced on the speed when resuming last start and battled on well but found one better over 1m at this track (Synthetic). Will give backers a great run for their money. GOES THE CLOWN (9) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1m at this track, beaten 3 lengths into fourth. Well placed to turn things around.
