    STRIFE (5) went fast early over 6f at this track (Synthetic) when resuming last time and defied all challengers to score by 2. 75 lengths. Drawn to take a nice trail just off the speed. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. CAVATELLI (11) is yet to find the frame in two runs since resuming from a lay-off, the latest when eighth over 6½f at this track (Synthetic) after she got a long way back. Cherry-ripe now and looks a clear threat. AL GIMAAM (13) did little and finished 10 lengths from the winner in seventh over 1m at Parx last start, a less impressive effort than her fourth at Parx the run before. Goes up a rung or two but she is up to the task. MOMBAYLA (6) settled at the rear then stoked up nicely in the straight to finish fifth over 6½f here last time. One of the main contenders.
