LE ZEBRA (1) has been hard to follow recently, last time out finishing 14th over 1m2f in the G3 Easter Cup at Caulfield. Will find this much easier. Expected to be in the finish. FLYING BASIL (4) has been kept fresh since finishing 12th over 1m2 1/4f at Mt Gambier four weeks ago. Was a determined winner two runs back. Goes well at this journey with four wins and four placings from 12 starts and is sure to play a big role. JABBAWOCKEEZ (2) looks well placed this company after finishing last campaign in town with a placing over 1m4f at Randwick. Fitter for a fifth in a trial at Flemington. Runs fairly well when fresh. Should feature in the finish. ANGRY SKIES (3) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 7f at Geelong, beaten 13 lengths into tenth. No surprise to see him in the mix.
