WILLMOTT (1) rallied in the concluding stages to score by 2 lengths at the most recent appearance over 6¾f at Donald at the second run of the campaign. No reason he cannot make it two on end. FLYING MIKKI (4) resumed over 6f last time out and turned in a solid effort to finish third at Murray Bridge. Won't be bothered by this longer journey. Expected to run well. HEDONIST (6) took advantage of the good draw and led for much of the way last start before being run down in the straight, finishing fourth and beaten 5 lengths over 6f at Flemington. Among the main hopes. HAY JOE (8) missed the placings two runs back then did well last start but found one better over 7f at this track, beaten only a head. Placed to advantage so anticipating another big run.
