POPPIN' CHAMPAGNE (12) missed the placings when resuming recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 7f at this track. Has never been out of the placings at this stage of the prep. Solid top-three chance. IT'S A KNOCKOUT (6) was well held last time in stakes class, finishing eighth over 1m1 1/2f in the G3 Epona Stakes at Rosehill. Has the early speed to cross from out wide. One of the main contenders. SPACE AGE (2) ran a better race last start, finishing 1.5 lengths away in fourth over 7¾f at Randwick Kensington. No surprise to see him in the frame.
