MISHANI CROWN (7) showed good early pace over 6f at Beaudesert last time and kept going to score by 1. 1 lengths. Should settle handy in the run. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. CARDIOLOGIST (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on August 23, finishing sixth and beaten 6 lengths over 6¼f at Cairns. Should be prominent from the outset. One of the main contenders. CALL OUT (9) was well fancied but below his best at the last run before a break on September 13, finishing seventh over 7f152yards at Gold Coast Poly. Starts this prep with Bailie Baker taking charge. Will appreciate the drop in grade. Solid claims on best form.
