GREAT RUNNER (7) improved sharply on his fifth two starts back at Remington Park (Dirt) with a win over 6½f at Remington Park (Dirt) three-and-a-half weeks ago, getting home by 3 lengths after being in contention on the turn. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. OUTLIER (5) missed the placings two runs back then got a long way back last start when 30 lengths away in ninth over 1m1f at Oaklawn Park. Has the ability to produce a better result. GOOD SCOUT (10) comes here off a break of 11 weeks. Scored over 5½f at Lone Star Park to launch the last campaign. Among the better hopes. SPEIGHT AND MALICE (2) was never really a threat when resuming last start over 6f at Remington Park (Dirt), finishing 18 lengths from the winner in seventh. Should do much better.
