ROSIE'S PROPHECY (12) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished third, beaten 4 lengths, over 6½f at Wagga. This is a suitable assignment and can get the job done. TURNAQUID (14) was a narrow winner by a long neck at Jerilderie in a then third at Wagga Riverside last time. Down in the weights on last run. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and two minor placings from four outings. Should be in the finish. O'REG (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just 1. 5 lengths from the winner in second over 6f at Wagga Riverside. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is capable of a big performance. WELLSPRING (13) was out of the money two runs back when fresh from a lay-off then again missed the frame last start over 5f at Jerilderie, beaten 2. 25 lengths into fourth. Better than recent efforts suggest.
