MAGNARDO (2) continued a hot streak of form, winning over 5f at Werribee last start to make it five straight. Far too good last time out and will take beating again. SQUAZEEMOTO (12) finished second at Moe two runs back but was less effective last time over 5f at Stony Creek, finishing 12 lengths back in ninth after being prominent at the corner. This doesn't look as hard so he is sure to be prominent. DESERT BOOTS (5) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when third over 5f at Dederang. Has the pace to take a forward position. Tackling a more suitable race so he is a major player. ITALIAN INFORMANT (3) kicked off this campaign with a win then was less impressive last time out when fourth over 4f95yards at this track, beaten 4 lengths. Likely improver with top-three prospects.
