BRUTAL LOVE (3) finished out of the money two starts back then he was never in contention and was beaten 1. 75 lengths when fifth over 6f at this track two-and-a-half weeks ago. Worth noting Jake Pracey-Holmes goes aboard. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time. JOHNNY (2) was in the firing line on the corner and progressed nicely last start to finish a close third over 6½f at Hawkesbury after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HE'S COOL (4) built on a nice third two starts back at Port Macquarie with a win over 5½f at this track a week-and-a-half ago, getting home by 1. 75 lengths. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot score again.
