REGINA DEI RE (8) is an honest maiden who resumes from a lay-off of five months and looks set to run well after two very good recent trials. Has ability and is expected to be in the finish. HEIDI DANCER (10) found the line strongly last time out when second over 5f at this track at her third run back. Should park just off the speed. One of the main contenders. SOVIET STRIKE (5) resumes from a lay-off of four-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish eighth at the latest run over 6f at Kyneton. Has trialled well leading into this. Rates highly on best form and a bright return wouldn't surprise.
